SOME INFORMATION TO NOTE
If you select “Fly From Pittsburgh”, you will be confirmed on the group flight roundtrip from Pittsburgh with return to Pittsburgh. No deviations can be made to this group flight on dates or city pairs.
If you wish to change either the departure date or return date or city pairs, please select “Custom Flight Package”.
After you complete the form, please email the following information to Classic Travel And Tours LLC so we can quote your specific requested dates and city pairs. All Custom Flight Package requests will be worked on starting Monday, October 19, 2026.

Please note that all deviation schedules will be priced per request and maybe higher (or sometimes lower) than the group price from/to Pittsburgh. After the custom flight schedule is confirmed, you will receive a link to purchase your ticket.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please submit your form in a timely manner since there is a limited number of seats reserved from Pittsburgh at the price listed. If you are choosing the group flight option, please reserve your flight no later than Monday, January 4, 2027.
If you are submitting a custom flight package, please request your flight in November 2026 or December 2026 or as soon as you have been approved for the PT program.
Prices will most likely rise due to the fuel surcharges.

Cancellation Policy:
*To reserve your spot on our group flights departing from Pittsburgh, you must purchase your ticket in full by Monday. January 4, 2027. Space is limited. Please book early.
*If a student cancels their flight on their own before Friday, January 2, 2027, the group flight is completely refundable except for the credit card fee of 4%.
*After Monday, January 4, 2027 but before Friday, March 5, 2027, the group flight is completely refundable except for the airline charge of USD 300.00 and the credit card fee of 4%.
*After Friday, March 5, 2027, the group flight is completely non-refundable.
*All custom flights and flights ticketed outside the group are subject to the standard cancellation policies by the airline (non-refundable) and sometimes carry a USD 300.00 to USD 450.00 per person change fee, unless the airline issues a waiver code for the specific ticketed dates of travel. All custom flights and flights ticketed outside the group are completely non-refundable at the time of purchase.
