If you select “Fly From Pittsburgh”, you will be confirmed on the group flight roundtrip from Pittsburgh with return to Pittsburgh. No deviations can be made to this group flight on dates or city pairs.
If you wish to change either the departure date or return date or city pairs, please select “Custom Flight Package”.

Please note that all deviation schedules will be priced per request and maybe higher (or sometimes lower) than the group price. After the schedule is confirmed, you will receive a link to purchase your ticket.

Please submit your form in a timely manner since there is a limited number of seats reserved for each city of departure at the price listed! If you are choosing one of the group flight options, please reserve your flight no later than Monday, January 4, 2027.

Cancellation Policy:
*To reserve your spot on our group flights departing from Pittsburgh, you must purchase your ticket in full by Monday. January 4, 2027. Space is limited. Please book early.
*If a student cancels their flight on their own before Friday, January 2, 2027, the group flight is completely refundable except for the credit card fee of 4%.
*After Monday, January 4, 2027 but before Friday, March 5, 2027, the group flight is completely refundable except for the airline charge of USD 300.00 and the credit card fee of 4%.
*After Friday, March 5, 2027, the group flight is completely non-refundable.
*All custom flights and flights ticketed outside the group are subject to the standard cancellation policies by the airline (non-refundable) and sometimes carry a USD 300.00 to USD 450.00 per person change fee, unless the airline issues a waiver code for the specific ticketed dates of travel. All custom flights and flights ticketed outside the group are complete non-refundable at the time of purchase.
